Turning three is GREAT!

So the festivities for Brayden's birthday included a lot of candy, cake, ice cream, and lots of friends and family. We now have to go through his old toys and make room for his new toys.

We had so many people call to wish him a Happy Birthday. He was in such a grumpy mood most of the day. Sorry to those that called and didn't get a happy child. We ran some errands and bought him some new trains for his thomas set. He wanted Hamburgers for lunch. He ended falling asleep on the way home and so I saved his hamburger for him after his nap. That evening the families came over for some cake and ice cream. Here are some pics from his party. He got his cars cake. He really likes the movie cars.

Mommies and the babies

On Thursday our neighborhood had a big easter egg hunt at the local park. We went with Mason and Tyler and even baby Braxton came. There were so many children and it was harder for the boys since they are a little slower. The area was so big that we didn't find all our eggs. We got tired of walking around and around...

Cute boys!
This morning we picked up my dad from the airport. He was on the red-eye from Hawaii. We planned Bray's party with his little friends after he returned so my dad could be here. Bray got to hang out with Papa all day at papa's house so mommy could cook and clean. Dane was in charge of the games and treat bags. We had a little Easter Egg hunt in our front yard, dane also did a little prize giveaway, and he put together little party bags for the kids to take home. He did a great job and I think the kids had a lot of fun. It was a nice excuse to get together. I know Bray had a blast with all his friends here.

Amy guys came over later. They had a surprise today. Amber was released from her mission in Japan and they got the days mixed up. She arrived today and not tomorrow. SURPRISE! She came over and we got to see her. It is so nice to have her back. Her younger brother enters the MTC this coming Wednesday.
