this winter has been crazy. we have been getting so much snow. every morning dane wakes up early to shovel the driveway. he is very good about it. he doesn't like to drive on it because it gets stuck and harder to remove later. this morning he was shoveling for bray & i (dane was staying home with the sick girl) to go to church when they called and canceled services today. that NEVER happens. we only live two blocks away from our chapel but apparently people were getting stuck trying to get there.
when we first moved to utah we had some rough winters. we were able to sled from the roof of our home to the pile of snow below. we had church canceled once before. that day the snow was almost as high as our car and we couldn't shovel it out. that was pretty crazy.
it took dane almost two hours to shovel this morning. the plow came through and now he is shoveling our driveway again and it is still snowing. the second part of the storm is suppose to come tonight and tomorrow morning. we need to take advantage of all this snow and go snowboarding!

I can't believe how much snow you guys have gotten this year! They say Los Angelos has gotten more rain than Seattle this year, so we have definetely had some moisture... just a little bit warmer.
