we went to the reid & shinobu's house for dinner. reid built this hill for the kids to sled/snowboard. it was pretty cool! we let the kids go at it and we didn't eat dinner until after eight 0'clock because they were having so much fun.
this was the hill. it had a bump and a turn at the end that you can't see in the pictures. the kids had a lot of fun and now want one in our backyard.
i can't tell which twin this is because they both had the same colors on that night.
we forgot his snowboard that night, but he tried one of the boy's board. the next two days we had to take him because he was addicted after he tried it once.

we left their house around nine to come to our house. we had my mom, the fa'alafua's, and kamoe's coming over to bring in the new year with us. my dad had to dj a stake dance that night and was absent. we had desserts, played band hero, and played board games. the kids didn't go to bed until 2 am. i think ani fell asleep just trying to climb into bed.
