Back in Hawaii

After being gone a month, it was nice to unpack and settle back down again.  The first thing we did the next day was take Bray and Dane to get haircuts.  Then since we were so close, we got some shave ice too.



Shinobu was visiting.  It was raining when we arrived at Ala Moana and then it turned into the nicest day.







That night, since Ev was in town, we went to eat at Ichiriki.  Nabe.... Yum.  Then we got frozen yogurt.



The next day, we took Bray to his baseball game. They said he is good luck. They lost all the games he was gone. Aunty Arlene guys came to watch too. It rained a little.  We went straight to the Kim's house. They were watching the kids for us so we could go to Gavon's reception.  She seems like a perfect match for him. I'm so glad he got married! It was so good to see people we haven't seen since college. It was a great night, visiting with friends.

The next day we went to Jen and Trent's home in Hawaii Kai.  We brought the kids and got together with everyone.  Such a fun night. Only picture I got. Ani loved playing with Tiff's little girl.


We made plans the next day with Adam and Charmay.  Dane and Adam's cousin works at the Royal Hawaiian.  We parked there for free and he gave us wrist bands for the pool.  We first went to the beach and surfed.  Then we moved over to the pool.  I pushed a crying mika down the slide and it ended up being her favorite thing of the day.  We finished the day off with Malasadas from Leonards.  It was the perfect day.
