as you can see, bray probably had the most fun.
on monday jess and the boys called us up to go to thanksgiving point. they have a lot of great things for kids. i'm thinking of signing up for a membership. on that day we went to the discovery gardens. we didn't explore to see what other fun things they had in the gardens. we only made it to the entrance where they have a big ship with animals that shoot water out. there is also fountains that the kids can run through. as usual, brayden cried when it was time to leave. afterwards we headed to the garden club to have some lunch. it was a challenge keeping three toddlers and two babies quiet. on our way out the waitress thanked us for keeping our kids in control. as soon as we walked out the doors, they ran wild.

tuesday was brayden's mri. we had an early appointment, which was nice. there was no one else in the recovery room for the first hour. then right before we left they brought in five kids all at once.
bray did really well in recovering. he actually woke up on his own. started to eat the crackers and drink his juice right away. he kept saying how daddy was in big trouble and rubbing my cheek telling me i was pretty cute. he gave us and the nurses a good laugh. lucky for us, he can handle the sedation pretty good because results showed...that he will need another one next summer. apparently there were a couple spots that showed "increased activity" and now they need another one to compare it to. they think they found the areas that might be causing or caused his seizure. since the mri he is even more active than normal. he is a non stop running machine.
on the 4th we talked about the idea of lagoon or seven peaks and a picnic at night. the heat factor kept us from making a fast decision. so the morning of, we decided to have everyone come here to our house. we had a great dinner, flew a kite, rode bikes, the boys played basketball, and we did some fireworks for brayden. this was the first year that he constantly kept asking us to buy some.

these next pics are of bray posing in his "jamas", as he calls them, from papa panee's trip to Japan.

Happy Birthday Ani! I hope we didn't miss your birthday! Hiro told me he couldn't remember if Keiko said this Saturday or next Saturday! Boys seriously do they ever listen? I'm so glad the mri went well and that they are figuring out what may be the area causing the problems! You family pictures are beautiful!
