today ani and i went to seven peaks with amy and 'ikena. it said it might rain but it was clear skies and very warm temperatures. not too warm. we had fun.

bray had other plans today. papa took him fishing. bray's first fishing trip was a success. they went to a pond that is stocked with fish and you have to be 13 years old or younger to fish there. they caught a total of six. bray was so excited to show us. i guess they were the only ones catching anything. my dad said he would get the fish to bite and bray would reel it in all by himself. their first fish was a carp and it was so huge that the pole was bending and my dad had to help him. they threw that one back in the water. bray talked about his fishing trip all day long. he had so much fun. hopefully all of bray's smiles were worth my dad dropping his camera in the water. ;)

we love it, congratulations bray bray. that's was such a great fishing trip for him. i'm sure he'll remember that for a long time. miss you guys.
what kind of fish lives in the grass? they must be rare. or maybe they are endangered, because i think that is the only kine fish i could catch.
