FHE for Jo & Amanda

Tonight was the FHE for Jordan and Amanda. They will pack their Uhaul this week and drive to Washington Sunday morning. We always do it the Monday before they leave and we planned it at Westmore Park. I thought it was fitting since it was the school Jordan and I attended when we were young. There was a great turn-out and it was great to have shade! Food was delicious and it is always fun to be with family.

Mika loved playing with Gwen. They were having a blast in the water puddle!




Aunty Joleen did a great lesson on the importance of having a strong foundation. She talked about all the things in the for strength of youth pamphlets and being strong in every aspect. Those things strengthen our foundation.

The cups underneath the board had all the things from the youth pamphlet.



Eli is the cutest! He saw his parents on top of the board and climbed up too. The best part was when he clapped to get us to clap for him and he had the cheesiest grin!



After the lesson she had people talk about memories they had of Jordan and Amanda. There were funny things said and lot's of tears too. They will be missed. Some of things said were things like how Jordan was a good example and an older brother to the boys. Aunty Mereanne mentioned how Jordan was always the one to plan these FHE farewells for everyone. She wondered who would take over the responsibility of organizing them. I say DUSTIN!:)
