About two weeks ago we went up to Primary Children's for brayden's EEG follow-up. Luckily we didn't have to put him under for the test. They instructed us to bring him up sleep deprived. Sleep deprived means that he was fussy and he hated them putting those things on his head. He cried a lot. They wrapped all the wires together and we told him that it was a cool hat. He informed us that he HATED his hat. He ended up falling asleep, which is what they wanted. It took about an hour.
We got the results back today and it looks like he is having small seizures in his brain. I'm not exactly sure what that means. The doctor says it doesn't look serious but he would like us to see a neurologist up at Primary Children's. It sounds minor. Since it is our first visit, we get to see the neuro doctor tomorrow, instead of waiting a couple months like everyone else. So here's hoping everything turns out just fine.
